Refund Policy

1. Refund Deadline & Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of submitting the DISCONTINUE FORM, provided the request is made within:

  • 3 days of joining the course – in case of Crash Batch.
  • 30 days of the batch commencement or 30% of the classes are completed (whichever occurs first) – in case of Regular Repeaters Batch.
  • 12 classes or 30% of the classes are completed (whichever occurs first) – in case of Weekend Batch.

2. Fee Calculation for Refunds

Refunds will be calculated based on the number of classes conducted by the institute, regardless of the student’s attendance or date of joining.

Note:
– Net Course Fee = Total Course Fee – Registration Fee
– Total Deduction = Registration Fee Deduction + Deduction from Net Course Fee
– This refund table applies to all Repeaters, Regular, and Weekend batches.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Fees paid for study materials and other resources are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be applicable for any course with a fee of ₹12,000 or less.

4. Course Fee

Only the Course Fee is refundable. A non-refundable registration fee of ₹1000 will be charged at the time of admission for all courses as part of the institute’s operational expenses.

5. Exceptions

  • No refunds will be provided to students expelled due to disciplinary reasons or policy violations.
  • The institute reserves the right to adjust the refund policy in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics).

6. Request Process

To initiate a refund, submit the DISCONTINUE FORM (available from your Admission Counsellor/Academic Coordinator/Branch Head) along with the reason for withdrawal. Verbal or informal requests will not be accepted. Refunds are calculated based on the form submission date.

7. Transfer Request

Fees paid for a course cannot be transferred to a different course.

8. Final Decision

The institute’s management retains final authority to approve or deny refund requests.
